Refund Policy
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Each purchase unlocks a personalized digital report. Because digital delivery can begin immediately after payment, completed and successfully delivered reports are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
When We Will Help
- you were charged more than once for the same report;
- payment completed but the report could not be opened or delivered;
- the delivered report was materially incomplete because of a service error; or
- you believe the charge was unauthorized.
Request Window
Submit a request within 14 days of the charge. Include the checkout email, payment date, amount, and Stripe receipt or payment reference. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or identity documents by email.
Review and Timing
We review requests individually. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks and card issuers may take additional business days to display the refund.
