Oracle of the East is operated by Grainflame Studio and provides an entertainment and self-reflection experience. It asks for birth details to calculate a symbolic Five Elements result and may ask for an email address to deliver a purchased report.

What We Use

Birth details are used to calculate a deterministic element profile. Email addresses are used only for report delivery. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by this app.

AI Report Text

Full reports may use OpenAI to expand a structured self-reflection template. AI never decides payment status, report access, user identity, or the element calculation.

Service Providers

Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional email. OpenAI may expand structured report text when that feature is enabled. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to operate the website.

Retention and Your Choices

We retain purchase and delivery records only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain. Use the Support page.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
